Casi 15

Casi 15 is a 156 sqm two-storey mountain lodge built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2021, nestled in the heart of Kitanomine village. Steps from restaurants, cafes, and ski rental shops, it sits within short walking distance of the Kitanomine Gondola and the downtown shuttle bus stop — making it the ideal base for both winter ski trips and summer flower-season stays.

The lodge is equipped with 4K OLED TVs in every bedroom (55" in the main bedroom, 65" in the living area) plus a library of 250+ movies and streaming via Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Spotify. Two lounge areas feature a Sonos One speaker and Sony soundbar. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, microwave with oven, oven toaster, rice maker, dishwasher, and coffee machine. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with flexible bed configurations (2x single or king-size double).

The main bedroom has an ensuite with rainfall shower and separate toilet. The main bathroom features a full-size Japanese soaking bath with jets. Authentic Japanese washitsu room and Kashiwa wooden furniture add a distinctive local character. A covered car park (under 2m clearance) is included. In summer (June–September), enjoy an 8-seater outdoor deck with BBQ under a 3m sun canopy and outdoor lighting.
